Sunil-Rajamouli’s ‘Maryada Ramanna’ launched
Well known director S.S.Rajamouli’s next movie ‘Maryada Ramanna’ was launched yesterday morning in Rama Naidu Studios with Sunil and Saloni in the lead roles. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are producing this film under Arka Media Works Banner. Nagineedu (Prasad Labs) and Brahmanandam are playing the key roles in this movie.
Tammareddy Bharadwaja sounded the clapboard, D.Sureshbabu switched on the camera and K.Raghavendra Rao did the formal direction for the first shot on Sunil. NTR, Prabhas, Raviteja, RamaCharan attended the function.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunil said, “After Andala Ramudu film, nobody narrated me an exciting story for me. That is why I stayed away from doing hero roles. I am doing a serious role in this movie which provides lots of humor. I feel happy to work in Rajamouli’s direction.”
Rajamouli said “Maryada Ramanna is a comedy thriller,which has a backdrop of Rayalseema and which has nothing to do with factionism. He added that the film focuses mainly on the hosipitality of Rayalseema.”
SS Kanchi provided the story, Chota K Naidu will handle cinematography, Ravinder will look after art direction and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao will do the editing.
A four day shoot will be carried-out this month and regular shoot will commence in the end of July.
