Muhurat of Naga Chaitanya’s second movie in the direction of Gowtam Menon was performed at Annapurna studios on 15th August, 2009. Manjula and Sanjay produce this movie on Indira Productions banner. AR Rahman composes music and Manoj handles camera. Anthony edits the film and Rajeevan is the art director.

Krishna sounded the clapboard, ANR switched on the camera and D Rama Naidu directed the first shot. Three iconic families of Telugu cinema (Akkineni, Ghattamaneni and Daggubati) joined their hands to make this movie.
